Very disappointing service, promised next day delivery and didn't receive test even tho i ordered 2 days before it was needed. Requested refund and been told it's royal mail fault even tho it still hasn't been despatched @1600 on the day i should have receive it before 1400hrs... The same day I should have receive the parcel @13:11 I received confirmation email from the Official Rapid Tests that my parcel is on it's way, still blaming it on royal mail that i didn't receive by 2pm that day... really? Where's my money? What you don't understand, how can it not be your fault that I did not receive it on time. JOKE!!! HONESTLY, WORST SERVICE EVER
