Avoid at all costs. They dispatched my pre-departure test to return to the UK late and so it did not arrive on time before my travels (even though I ordered it 4 days in advance with same day dispatch and next day delivery). Their customer service is awful, they avoid taking any responsibility and blame Royal Mail for Official Rapid Tests' own late dispatch. It doesn't matter if they break their own terms and conditions, they insist that it is no fault of their own. I wasn't able to receive a refund or even a voucher/discount for future orders. Total waste of money
