Certificate Wouldn't Open. No Help Given For 3 DaysI purchased a Fitness to Fly Test for both my Wife and I. These have to be taken, and the Negative Test Certificate obtained within the 24 hours before landing in the holiday destination. In our case that was within 24 hours before 5:35 pm on a Saturday. We were unable to open my Wife's Certificate and made contact with Official Rapid Tests' only supplied means of contact, an email address. Official Rapid Tests did not reply to my email appealing for help for 3 days. I emailed them on the Friday as soon as the problem became apparent. - The did not respond until the Monday which meant that I did not receive my Wife's Finess to Fly Test Certificate until 2 and a half days after the time that it was required. Official Rapid Tests have emailed me admitting that they don't work weekends!!!! They do not tell you this when you buy a Test from them! Emails continue to be exchanged with them, but all that they are doing now, is repeating that their labs operate 24/7. - They may, but if you have a weekend flight and have a problem with opening a Certificate, Official Rapid Tests have admitted that they don't work weekends!!!!!
