I've owned a Guana Wanaka 55 now for about 10 months, which represents the total time of my relationship with Off Road Tents. So far, the customer support and response has been outstanding. We are really happy with the tent. Recently, when the rainfly failed, they sent us another. Don't interpret this to mean the product is bad. It is really good, and though the original rainfly leaked, I could not find an obvious defect. I simply sent an email explaining the situation, and they send out a new one right away. Time will tell, as we haven't had the opportunity to test out the new rain fly at this point.
