I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE. I recently ordered the Wanaka 72" RTT, but I have not had a chance to try it out yet. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the company during shipping. The box was a little damaged when my package arrived, but the product inside was okay, so I signed for it. However, when I opened the package and inspected the RTT, I found a large hole in the metal sheet of the base. I took pictures and contacted the company's customer service. The person I spoke with was helpful and willing to find a solution, but unfortunately, the shipping insurance only covered a portion of the damage, and I was left to figure out how to fix the rest. It's frustrating to have paid for shipping insurance and received a damaged product.
