True to their word, kept my traffic ticket off my record. Still had to pay a fine but I deserved it so still very happy with the results. They make it clear throughout the process that it's not guaranteed to be off your record, but they make deals where possible to keep it off (which ultimately is most important). Was very easy communicating with my attorney and they handled everything once I submitted the information. Would easily use them again.
