If you are wondering if you should use OTR, the answer is yes! I was a little hesitant but I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. It was pretty straight forward. I submitted my ticket, assigned an attorney and a few months later, I received and email saying it was dismissed. It's never to late either. I had received a threat of collections prior to reaching out. I almost sucked it up and paid it. So happy I didn't. Do it!
