This has been the third time I have had the unfortunate pleasure to use "off the record" First ticket dismissed, second tickket, still pending waiting about a year. Third ticket was a big one over 30 miles over the speed limit, could have been a susppension, five points on my license plus a fine. Off the record was able to get it dropped down to only a fine. Not a cheap one but at least I did not get any points on my record, and my license is intact. That's a win to me. Great service very convenient.
