OTR was fantastic. I was, to say the least, skeptical at first. I ended up calling and after talking to one of the knowledgeable customer service agents decided to give it a try. Immediately I had confirmation that a lawyer had been assigned. The results were well above my expectations, to say the least. Excellent experience.
