This is a great service and has a low barrier of entry in using it. The website and application interfaces are intuitive. It makes connecting with a lawyer seamless. The price is very fair considering the time and money you save, and most importantly peace of mind. My OTR fee was $200. Well worth it as my ticket was over $500 and my case was completely dismissed, so no impact on my record and insurance. I only actively spent an hour or two throughout this whole process; finding out about the service, submitting the ticket, and a few conversations back and forth with the lawyer. Do keep in mind that it takes a while to resolve as mine took about 6 months, though this is likely the strategy that favors the case.
