(1) It works. (2) Communication via the platform is perfect. At no point did I feel that my case was lost or overlooked. (3) The lawyer selected/volunteered was capable and responsive. His bio looked great. His office responded to emails quickly. (4) The resolution process was documented, and I got a reminder to pay the fine - very helpful.
