I had a ticket for a Stop sign violation. Off the record handled ALL of the legal parts (I don't even know what all they did, TBH). I never had to go anywhere. I got all the updates on their website. They kept postponing my case hearing for several months (years, actually) and ultimately got my case dismissed. I didn't have to pay any extra fine or fee and there's no point added to my record, which is very much on-brand for 'Off the record'.
