I've gotten my fair share of tickets in my life, and have tried to fight them in MANY ways and never, ever have I had a judgment fall in my favor, even when I thought I for sure was in the right. This time I was accused of speeding by CHP, dead to rights with a radar gun, or so it seems... What was I to do? I hopped on Off The Record and filed my case. After all, I had little to lose.
