This is a fantastic service!!! It was easy to navigate, sign up for the service, and pay. Being a legal side you do need to login to see your private messages, versus email. It’s not an inconvenience if you understand the security of everything. Also, it’s not that I wasn’t guilty of speeding, it was that it was nearly impossible to find a way to pay my ticket online. The bureaucratic set up of the Orange County California system frustrated me for several days so I searched how to just get out of the ticket!!! So thankful I found OTR, I paid less money and it took less time then trying to just settle and pay for the ticket. Now I feel justified. I have a clean record and several dollars left over in my pocket!!!
