I am a real client - I just don't want to post my full name online!! Great experience with these guys. I don't mind paying a traffic fine if I feel I really did something wrong - but in this case, it was just an accident, and I was the only one who suffered. So then to pay a ticket and have it show on my permanent record - I wanted to fight it. Also, I thought the police officer was being unfair (all due respect to police officers in general). So I was able to find this company - and they made the process easy. I did have to pay them the fee - but it was fair, and it was less than the cost of the ticket - and my ticket was dismissed. So very happy. Thanks to OFF THE RECORD!!
