Off the Records is Off the Hook! Their customer service is exceptional. They give you peace of mind when they are fighting for your ticket. Every time I had a question, they would always respond. The process was really easy. I had to upload the ticket, and they handled the rest. I didn't have to do a thing! Definitely worth every penny.
