Off the record (OTR) has been a life saver for me and my wife. The tickets we got were completely unreasonable and had we not contested them via OTR, our insurance would have gone through the roof.
Thanks for OTR, all our tickets were dismissed by the judges and our record is clean. I cannot say enough good things about OTR. If you get a ticket just blindly reach out to OTR. You CANNOT go wrong on that. Also, the messaging is so convenient and the lawyers are super professional. Hats off to OTR.
