Very streamlined process. I uploaded my ticket and they matched me with an attorney for a $500 flat rate fee. This is reasonable because attorneys in my area charge $250 - $500 an hour. The attorney was very professional and communicative over what was needed and what I needed to do and she had wonderful reviews online when I looked her up. On the day of, the attorney went to court for me and got the charge dismissed, all I had to pay to the court was court costs. This saved me from receiving significant points on my license and increased insurance costs.
