I've had to use Off The Record twice now, once each for two of my teenage drivers. Both had speeding tickets. If they stayed on their driving records, my insurance premiums would have skyrocketed. OTR was a great investment. Connected me with local lawyers, who did all the work. Aside from the initial signup with OTR sending our ticket and description of what happened, we didn't have to do anything. We didn't have to go to court or show up for any zoom hearings. One ticket was dismissed after my son took an online defensive driving course ($25), and my daughter's ticket was changed into a non-moving violation. We still had to pay a fine, but she didn't get points and it wasn't reported to insurance. It's weird, but this is one time I'm completely happy with a service but hope I never have to use to them again!
