Off The Record was worth every penny... In the past I've fought tickets myself, which took a lot of time and effort. With OTR I simply uploaded a picture and the the attorney handled everything, and within just a month or so I had a complete dismissal of my ticket, with no points or penalty. OTR is absolutely the best business that I hope I don't have to use again, but will if needed.
