Feeling ignored, I reached out to Off the Record, who managed to get in touch with my attorney. Still, she wouldn’t initiate any communication. Instead, they asked me to email her with my availability for a call. Overall, I felt like a low priority, and their unresponsiveness left me frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone seeking efficient and attentive legal representation.
