My attorney handled my case perfectly. As a CDL holder I am not allowed to go thru a driving course to keep tickets off my record, so if I ever get one I have to hire an attorney to hopefully (depends of the judge, and the expertise of my attorney), so a “Careless driving ticket, with a kicker that involves being in an accident as well “ so with charges such as these, it can cause dismissal from my job, limit job opportunities, and on top of the limitations tickets or accidents that can either lose your insurance or at minimum increase my rates. Knowing that There is no driving school I can take that will keep these off my record, I am at the mercy of the court based on the defense of my attorney, I will DEFINITELY call Off the Record again, should something like this occur again.
