Lovely store and friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed only to be shown 2 styles/colours in my daughters size, only to order the exact pair we were looking for online. They were clearly in the storeroom but not brought out, as they were available for collection the next day - it was a real shame as her great grandmother had made a pretty long journey to buy her first pair of proper shoes, so walking away without a pair (when they were there all along) was a bit disappointing.
