I have used ogam igam on a few occasions and they have been brilliant every time. I sought them out as I steer away from buying my children the standard Clarks offerings - the European shoe fitting just suits them better. There aren't many shoe shops now that stock anything else so it was great to find a proper choice. The first purchase I made the shoe failed after a month or so - ogam igam helped me sort it out and refunded return postage costs. For this last order - I now live in California and wanted my mum-in-law to bring some kids shoes when she came out. I asked the store to post them out asap to ensure she got them before she flew - within 20 minutes I had an email back confirming the order had been shipped! Their shoe selection is second to none but more importantly any time I have had any dealings with a person at the shop they have completely surpassed expectations with the service they offer.
