Nach 14 Tagen Email von Oh-April mit Info zur Rückerstattung. Hab mich dann beim Customer-Service gemeldet, weshalb die Rückeratattung erfolgte.
Diese haben mich auf DHL verwiesen. Ich hab jedoch nichtmal eine Sendungsnummer, mit der ich bei DHL nachforschen könnte.
Bin daher frustriert, dass ich keinen Hoodie habe und dazu keine Erklärung, warum & weshalb… eher unglücklich
