1 star for poor customer service. My wife and I decided to shop here (having gotten fed up with @m@zon) because we had heard the quality was decent and they had a good return policy. When we sent in a return request because the arms did not fit her correctly it was denied. Do not believe what you hear about returning things. You have to send a request to them and then they will approve whether or not to accept your return and send you the mailing information to send it back.
