I’ve spent countless hours attending more training workshops and reading more self-help books than I can count. While those experiences were wonderful at raising awareness, and I enjoyed most of them, I recall very little of what I learned, and rarely did I take away anything that caused me to show up differently. With Oji, I take a few minutes a day when the time presents itself to ingest a little bit of information at a time in a way that allows me to practice what I’ve learned in my daily life. Unlike any learning I’ve participated in before, I not only retain the information but find myself IMPLEMENTING what I’ve learned on a consistent basis. The number of situations that are turning out in my favor, specifically because of what I’ve learned and how I’m showing up differently, is staggering. My biggest regret is not taking advantage of the learning programs at Oji Life Lab sooner. There are so many situations I would love the opportunity to redo after learning what the Oji way has taught me. Understanding how to show up as my best self in order to align with what I’m trying to achieve at the moment has made a major difference for me in every way imaginable. The self-paced steps that offer top-tier expert-driven content with the live learning sessions led by Oji Coaches have proven to be the winning combination for my learning style. Prior to this, I was not formally trained in some of the most vital skills that Oji focuses on. Concepts like emotional intelligence, decision-making, listening, feedback, leadership, and management were all skills I understood the importance of but had no real clue how to learn, let alone put them into action. Just having the tools to do this has brought me immense peace of mind and improved mental health. A huge and deep felt thank you for doing what you do, Oji!
