A little pricier than other suppliers but very good service and a very nice product and speedy delivery. Had a few teething problems with printer drivers from OKI website, but their helpdesk support was superb. I bought this particular printer because I wanted to use 250gsm card in at the front and straight out at the back and choice at this price is limited. Speaking of which this was a very reasonably priced printer once the 'cash-back' offer was applied. The printer does bend the card slightly, especially on the front edge, but this is not too much of a problem and when time allows I shall experiment with different cardstocks. All in all I am very pleased with the printer and the service I received from both OKIdirect and the OKI support team, well done.
