The toner arrived as expected. This was the first time I had ordered toner for this printer. When I tried to fit it, I failed. I then noticed that the fitting at the left hand end of the cartridge was different from that which came with the printer. I assumed that somehow I had the wrong cartridge, despite the fact that the labels indicated that it was the correct one. I telephoned, explained the problem to the young lady who answered the phone, and she gave me the technical support number. He explained that the fitting for the starter cartridges is different from the normal ones, but should still work perfectly, and asked me to try again. With new found confidence, this time, whle he waited on the line, I fitted the cartridge without any real problem. A very quick and helpful service!
