Olacco has to be the worst company in terms of customer service. I started a p2p trade and this trader marked my order as paid for over 72 hours and did not pay. He has not responded to any chat or sent any message. I have opened the maximum number of appeals. No payment, no customer service, my coin remains locked. No customer service at all! Very bad. Till last week, Olacco didn't reply me or return my money goddammit!!! I have to report my case to Fosterboon.org before I could get my money out.
