Received half our order and had to argue for days to get the rest.
Within 4 months the ‘higher quality’ version of the flag has numerous tears and holes. The base of the telescope pole is constructed well, but the emblem at the top falls off with the slightest wind.
The company refuses to replace anything, just offers a discount to order again.. but why would I order again knowing it’s horrible quality?
The worst customer service. They should be embarrassed to claim veteran owed with such disrespect.
