I have been an oldies.com customer for a long time but have a small complaint. Recently not all the selections I picked make their way to the final shipment. I do get credit for the missing items but I don't understand how an automated selection process can show an item in stock, allow me to choose it, show it on the order list but then omit it on the final shipment.
