ORDER 6155076: You charged my VISA $148.10 (according to VISA) but did not ship one item ($16). My order status still shows it as shipped. Are you crediting my VISA for the difference? Every time that you short-ship an order I have a problem. I don't know if it is cancelled or on back order.
