The service itself is very, very good about getting orders ready and shipped. I do have one complaint. I submitted an order that was delivered to San Luis, AZ; the next day the prison complex returned it (my fault, I did not add my son's inmate number. Although my order prior did not have it, but they received it). This was 02/04/19. Tracking shows pending return to vendor, but it's well over a month and U have no credit for those CDs. I reordered same CD's, they were delivered on 02/12/19. Very frustrating.
