The order was processed in a timely manner and happy with the quality of the DVD's I purchased. I will say that I found the company on an internet search along with a coupon code for 10% off first time orders. When I tried to place my order via the OLDIES.com web site it would not accept my coupon code which was found online as well. So I then phoned the customer service number on the OLDIES web site and explained this to the woman I was speaking with. She told me there are no coupons for their site so I gave her the site in which I did get that code to use specifically for OLDIES.com and she place me on hold for 14 minutes, never got back to me about it. I did, of course, place my order back on the web site but I was a bit disappointed in not being able to use that code as I had expected to. Over-all I do give the company a GOOD rating.
