Usually my orders are shipped the same day, or the next day when I order but this time was about 5 days before it shipped. No big deal because after shipping, the order arrives within 4 days.
I insure the shipment but have never had a damaged disc in the dozens of orders I've placed.
Only problem I've ever had is the shipping costs, about 1/3 of total order cost. Still, where are you going to get older movies/series? I refuse to have anything to do with amazon, so this is the place.
