Ordering online was very easy. Our order arrived very quickly. Our only problem is that, even though we ordered 5 DVDs, only 4 of the 5 arrived. We were charged for only 4 and we did receive the reduced price we would have paid for 5. However, you never communicated why we did not receive the 5th dvd. Was it back ordered? Will it be shipped to us later. Must we order again if we want this dvd.
