Website quotes 3-5 business days for shipping. It took fourteen business days to recieve an email that my order had shipped. No one responded to my attempts to reach out via messenger. It took me emailing to get any kind of response, and the initial response had a different customers name in it. No attempts by the company to reach out to let me know they were behind. This was my first order experience and it did not instill any trust in the company at all. It feels like so many opportunities to build relationship and trust through communication were missed here.
