The worst company I have ever dealt with, after purchasing a tractor bar for £300+, I then waited a despatch notification and looked forward to receiving my item. Unfortunately after 3 week I had heard completely nothing, I tried contacting them by phone, impossible…..they claim there still working remotely, emailing them takes days to get a response. After been asked to wait and told my item would be despatched shortly, around a week later I’m informed the item I had ordered in grey wasn’t actually available, but they did have a red one??? If I wanted it in red I would of bought it in red. They offered a 25% discount for all the hassle that had been caused, after now waiting a month I decided I would take the red one and get a friend to powder coat it in grey for me, at yet more cost, but seemed the best option as I had looked forward to receiving my item. I was told my item would be despatched the next day and I would hear from the courier asap regarding delivery, after yet again waiting I emailed again, to be told my item will hopefully be delivered next week. By now I had completely had enough, they have had my money for 5 week, I have been completely messed about from day one, and now all I’m getting is a refund. I wouldn’t dream of treating any customer the way this company thinks is acceptable, how they manage to trade in this way is beyond me, please don’t waste your time, you will end up frustrated, angry and very tired, but you will get no where, the items they sell are widely available, AVOID at all cost. Also check the reviews I wish I had of done before waisting 5 weeks.
