Ordered a red Gucci Marmott cardholder as a valentines day gift but still have not received it to date even though the tracking provided states that it is "delivered" and signed by someone I do not know.....whether security person or concierge. I have inquired daily since but nothing. I have contacted "Andrew" and have not had a chance to connect with him but did call on the 18th of February 2022 in the morning and spoke with Mark where he was very abrupt with me and spoke to me in a more "matter of fact" manner instead of helping me find a solution to the missing item. He was supposed to have messaged me a screenshot of the signature for the package but still have not received it, even after he confirmed my telephone number with me upon speaking with him. Not sure I want my friends, colleagues or family to shop here as they do not seem interested in a solution.
