I love the clothes and the quality of them, however, every time I go to collect items I have ordered there seems to be a problem. Like when we were sent an email last week to collect our items, we go to the shop and the items could not be found. Shortly after leaving, we were telephoned to say the items were there, and if my husband was in the area to return to collect them. As he wasn't, they did send the items out to us free of charge. if this was an isolated incident I would understand but there always seems to be an issue when I go to collect things, either they aren't there or part of the order is missing. Don't get me wrong, I have been using this shop for a long time and the staff are always pleasant and helpful which is why I have given 4 stars, but unfortunately, this bit just seems to let it down somehow.
