This is a gift for my son in December, so as far as I’m aware he’s not used it! I can though confirm the customer service is excellent I had an email to notify me that the courier hadn’t collected as expected & so the delivery would be a day late. It wasn’t a problem for me as I had purchased the course early, but I can appreciate for others that might be a problem, but knowing there’s a delay at least puts your mind at rest on what’s happening!
