I did everything they instructed on the dosage and after two month got no effect, the Arthritis pain continued so I called to cancel within the 60 day guarantee and all they did was give me trouble trying not to process my cancellation and send me back my guaranteed refund until I told the representative that it’s just going to affect my review on the product then they promptly sent me my confirmation of cancellation but would not send me back my refund. I consider myself lucky that I didn’t spend more of my harder money but would like my guaranteed refund back since it didn’t work.
