Kept trying to push the product wouldn't answer my question. Without putting me on hold to that ridiculous recording like an infor comical. Kept asking her if I could return my shipment and get a refund could not or would not answer the question. Appsolotly ridiculous she kept trying to tell me to increase the volume. Told her numerous times DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE.. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!!
