This product did not work for me. They said there was a 60 day guarantee. When I called back, they told me to start taking four tablets that did not work. I called back to find out how to send it back for my guarantee and they told me to take six tablets, I refused to take that much number one I could not afford all of that and number 2 x 60 days were up. They ended up hanging up on me twice. I finally got the reoccurring order to stop but have never received my guaranteed money back and I don’t know how to even send it to him because they keep hanging up on me , this is not a reputable company cannot recommend it. I just can’t believe they hung up on me so many times instead of accepting the fact it didn’t work and I needed the guarantee. Again, I want to reiterate I never got my refund. So I can’t answer their questions on how hard it was to get a refund or how fast it was. I never got it. They hung up three times on me to avoid telling me how to be able to get it
