Bought a product - reached out to ask when it would be shipped, they said next day. They didn't ship for a week, not that big a deal. Product came - bait and switch with a much lower quality and not water proof. Talked to them, they said it was better, tried it - it sucked so I said I want a refund - but would rather exchange because I still need said product. They sent me link for two that they had - I chose one and they said that one was out of stock. So, I said fine - send me a return shipping label and I'll send it back - spent literally 5+days and they had no clue what a return shipping label is. Stay away from this company - I"m pretty sure it's 2-3 people sitting at home trying to run a company.
