After booking a (ride) from the airport to take place last week and following the steps required in their website I shut down my computer and left for vacation. Arrived at the airport very late by my time zone, tired, hungry and ready to go to sleep. But our ride never showed up. When I called I was told my reservation had been cancelled because I never returned the paperwork they sent me. After I received a booking confirmation, see the website icon with car checked, appearing to be complete with a reply I was all set. Seems they sent me an email after I shut down my computer asking for an additional contract to be signed? Why wasn't that asked for in the original correspondence? Needless to say we ended up standing in a line of hundreds of other people and squeezed all into one small taxi. Lost a couple hours of sleep over this as we arrived even later at the hotel. Extremely upset over this process, still very frustrated. We did spend a lot less money on taxis and ubers the rest of the trip and at least we had a ride each time but really wanted and was willing to spend extra to have the room and dedicated driver. Make sure you triple check reservations with this company BEFORE you leave for your trip.
