They made me happy on my return to the airport only because I actually got the car I ordered. Watch out with this place just because you order a 740 BMW does not mean you will get it, nor will they call you to tell you that the car you ordered is not going to be what you get. Very unprofessional IMO. On the day to be picked up from the airport I called to verify that my reservation was good, and the car I wanted was available. I was told yes by the gentleman on the phone and was told the BMW will be there. yet when I arrive I get some SUV. When I called to ask WTF happened no one could tell me why I did not have my 740. There are plenty of car service in Vegas and when we return I will definitely use another. I prolly would not have been so disappointed if they would have just let me know so my hopes would not be up for the one car I ordered and verified. Drivers were great, knew the city well and very outgoing but the company itself should have called me and if that car was not available I should have been told and not just given what ever they decided to give me. Lost my business here.... .
