Great service, friendly drivers, clean vehicles! We hired shuttle and limo service 3 times during our stay. Absolutely no complaints! We have wonderful experiences with each ride! The only reason for the 3 star is, we reserved a limo for a Las Vegas Tour and without a call they just sent a sprinter as it was more convenient for them as we had the sprinter for shuttle service later that evening. We were a little disappointed, but not a big deal. The other reason was we were charged an extra charge as it was more then what we pre-paid. And again without calling to give us notice, they just charged us and extra $400. Other then that Omni provided great service!
