I was skeptical when I received my first email from Omniblend customer service indicating the intended turn around. Much to my delight and absolute surprise these timeframes were adhered to. The feedback on the repairs were quick and efficient and the blender was back home, safely returned and repaired, in the same week. I am so impressed with the customer service. I've been disillusioned with the generally poor customer service in this country, my experience with Omniblend has given me hope...this company can definitely help/teach many struggling businesses on how to improve customer service.
